- Effingham City Police arrested 33 year old John A. Kenter of Effingham for possession of <5g of meth, possession of hypodermic needle, theft/lost property, and possession of stolen property. John was given a pretrial NTA and was released.
- Illinois State Police arrested 43 year old William R. Brown of Bedford, OH for possession of a controlled substance. William was given a pretrial NTA and was released.

- Effingham City Police arrested 53 year old Misty L. Moschenrose of Altamont for retail theft. Misty was given a pretrial NTA and was released.
- Effingham City Police arrested 44 year old Nicole L. Tolliver of Effingham for domestic battery. Nicole was taken to the Effingham County Jail.

- Effingham City Police arrested 51 year old Laverne L. Verdeyen of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for theft and an Effingham County FTA warrant for accumulation of garbage. Laverne was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 35 year old Darius W. Woodard of Chicago for an Effingham County FTA warrant for DUI drugs. Darius was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 51 year old RB Warrens of Marquette, MI for a Lake County FTA warrant for resisting a police officer. RB was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
