Single Vehicle Accident With Injury

• 575th Street around 1/10 mile south of 125th Avenue, West Township

• June 3rd at 5:02pm

DRIVERS:

• Unit 1: 73 year old Paul G. Nelson of Edgewood

VEHICLES:

• Unit 1: Black 2015 Honda

BRIEF SYNOPSIS:

• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office reports Unit 1 was travelling north on 575th Street, south of 125th Avenue. The driver of Unit 1 lost control of the motorcycle and it came to rest on its side. The driver wound up in a nearby ditch.

TRANSPORTS:

• The driver of Unit 1 was airlifted to St. John’s Hospital with non-incapacitating injuries.
