- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 34 year old Lucas C. McDaniel of Edgewood for an Effingham County FTA warrant for resisting a police/correctional officer. Lucas was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 49 year old Bryan A. Yager of Stewardson for a Richland County FTA warrant for driving on a revoked license/2+ persons/injury/death. Bryan was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 42 year old Amber N. Burry of St. Elmo for an Effingham County FTA warrant for expired Driver’s License 1+ years. Amber was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 39 year old Victor H. Cortez of Merriville for an Effingham County original warrant for aggravated battery and domestic battery. Victor was taken to teh Effingham County Jail.
- Illinois State Police arrested 48 year old Janet Lopez of Lyons, IL for DUI alcohol. Janet was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 28 year old Dakota M. Curry of Dieterich for possession of 5-15g of meth, possession of hypodermic needle, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Dakota was given an NTA and was released.
