- Effingham City Police arrested 32 year old Nathan L. Schaefer of Effingham for a Coles County FTA warrant for domestic battery, resisting a police officer, a St. Louis County warrant for identity theft, and forgery. Nathan was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 82 year old William M. Turner of Effingham for failure to register as a sex offender. William was given a pretrial NTA.
- Effingham City Police arrested 46 year old Jerry D. Guthrie of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for theft <$300 with previous convistion. Jerry was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 33 year old Skyler T. Harper of Effingham for theft. Skyler was given a pretrial NTA.
