- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 38 year old Ashley L. Scarlett of Louisville, KY for an Effingham County FTA warrant for defrauding a financial institution $500-$10k, a Clay County FTA warrant for contempt, a Fayette County FTA warrant for violating pretrial release, and a Jefferson County FTA warrant for driving while license suspended. Ashley was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 35 year old Heidi M. Hood of Newton for an Effingham County FTA warrant for possession of <5g of meth. Heidi was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 38 year old Lindsey J. Graham of Dieterich for a Coles County FTA warrant for failure to report to a penal institution. Lindsey was given an NTA and was released.
