- Effingham City Police arrested 30 year old Devin W. E. Miller of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for battery/physical contact. Devin was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 30 year old Erika S. Williams of Mt. Vernon for an Effingham County FTA warrant for resisting a police officer, a Fayette County FTA warrant for contempt, and a Clay County FTA warrant for contempt. Erika was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 38 year old Patrick D. Gaylen of Fredericksburg, VA for criminal damage to property, burglary, resisting or obstructing a police officer, and arson (on car in Wal-Mart parking lot). Patrick was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
