Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- Sebastian Looman has been selected to represent Effingham County schools by St. Anthony JHS for the Tingley Insurance Agency Kids Have Talent Award. Sebastian is a big part of the SAJHS band program but also is an excellent student & and athlete at St. Anthony.
He is pictured receiving his award from sponsor Chris Tingley.
