- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 33 year old Kamon D. Collins of Mason for an Effingham County problem solving court mittimus to jail sentence for 24 hours. Kamon was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 57 year old Billy J. Cripe of Altamont for DUI alcohol and improper lane usage. Billy was given an NTA and was released.

- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 45 year old James A. Erickson of Effingham for possession of <5g of meth and possession of drug paraphernalia. James was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham City Police arrested 41 year old Robert A. Pinedo of Effingham for operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle without a valid license. Robert was given an NTA and was released.
- Illinois State Police arrested 21 year old Brendan G. Niebrugge of Teutopolis for DUI alcohol, driving in the wrong lane, and illegal transportation of alcohol. Brendan was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham City Police arrested 43 year old Craig F. Bierman of Effingham for DUI alcohol and improper lane usage. Craig was given an NTA and was released.

- Illinois State Police arrested 26 year old Karli M. Betance of Benton for DUI drugs. Karli was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 35 year old Mindy L. Pinkerton of Effingham for a Fayette County FTA warrant for theft. Mindy was transported to Fayette County Jail.
