Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 33 year old John A. M. Kenter of Effingham for possession of <5g of meth, possession of meth precursor 15-30g, and possession of hypodermic needle. John was given an NTA and was released.
Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 24 year old Alisha L. Timmons of Edgewood for an Effingham County FTA warrant for domestic battery/physical contact. Alisha was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
