EFFINGHAM COUNTY JAIL

- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 43 year old Christopher P. Stout of Olney for an Effingham County FTA warrant for domestic battery. Christopher was released per judge’s orders.
- Effingham City Police arrested 26 year old Colton A. Hall for possession of a weapon by a felon, possession of hypodermic needle, resisting/obstructing a police officer, and disorderly conduct. Colton was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham City Police arrested 26 year old Riley S. Partin for a Clay County FTA warrant for contempt of court and a Richland County FTA warrant for possession of <5g of meth. Riley was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 20 year old Nathan W. Shepard of Altamont for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. Nathan was given an NTA and was released.
