EFFINGHAM COUNTY JAIL

- Effingham City Police arrested 48 year old Kenneth D. Bonds of Hobart, IL for an Effingham County FTA warrant for driving on a suspended license. Kenneth posted bond and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 39 year old Joshua L. Jones of Teutopolis for an Effingham County original warrant for threatening a public official and intimidation. Joshua was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 46 year old Jerry D. Guthrie for criminal trespass, possession of <5g of meth, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Jerry was given a pretrial NTA and was released.
- Effingham City Police arrested 57 year old Delbert R. Sheppard of Newton for criminal damage to property. Delbert was given a pretrial NTA and was released.
