- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 54 year old Cecelia E. Kessler of Effingham for a Cumberland County FTA warrant for possession of meth and possession of drug paraphernalia. Cecelia was transported to Cumberland County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 48 year old Aaron J. Doedtman of Watson for an Effingham County PSC mittimus to jail sentence for 4 days. Aaron was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 31 year old Rachael L. Stephens of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for theft <$300. Rachel was taken to the Effingham County Jail.

- Effingham City Police arrested 45 year old Brian S. Dennis of Effingham for a Jasper County FTA warrant for DUI alcohol, criminal damage to property >$500, resisting a police officer, and obstructing identification. Brian was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 37 year old Mathew W. Koberlein of Effingham for possession of <5g of meth, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Mathew was given an NTA and was released.
