- Effingham City Police arrested 52 year old Michael D. Munsell of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for criminal trespass to land. Michael was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Illinois State Police arrested 47 year old Lydia A. Palmer of Santa Fe, NM for unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance. Lydia was given an NTA and was released.
