
Washington, DC-(Effingham Radio)- Tesla is recalling more than 375-thousand vehicles in the U.S. to fix a power steering issue.
According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the recall involves Model 3 and Model Y vehicles with operating software prior to 2023, The agency said the issue could cause a loss of power steering when the vehicle stops and then accelerates again.
Tesla has released an automatic software update free of charge. Owners of the recalled vehicles are also being notified by mail.
