Effingham City Police arrested 23 year old Caillou R. Repp of Effingham for possession of a controlled substance. Caillou was given an NTA and was released.
Effingham City Police arrested 33 year old John A. Kenter of Effingham for retail theft. John was given an NTA and was released.
Effingham City Police arrested 28 year old Isabella R. Gardner of Watson for an Effingham County FTA warrant for crash with injury/death. Isabella was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
