EFFINGHAM COUNTY JAIL

- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 33 year old Forrest J. Donaldson of Effingham for an IDOC warrant for parole violation, a Fayette County warrant for violation of pretrial release, and a Shelby County FTA warrant for possession of <5g of meth. Forrest was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 46 year old Garry E. Courtney of Effingham for an Effingham County PSC warrant for failure to abide by terms and conditions of PSC. Garry was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 44 year old James A. Erickson of Effingham with no charges filed. James was released from custody.
- Teutopolis Police arrested 31 year old Trenton D. Morrison of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for driving on a revoked/suspended license. Trenton was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 41 year old Kenneth J. Pontious of Edgewood for possession of meth and drug paraphernalia. Kenneth was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 29 year old Rachel L. Worman of St. Elmo for aggravated battery to a police officer, resisting/obstructing a police officer, and criminal trespass to property. Rachel was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
