Effingham City Police arrested 33 year old Nathaniel S. Sparks of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for criminal trespass to land. Nathaniel was given an NTA and was released.
Effingham City Police arrested 55 year old Steven M. Swofford of Vandalia for an Effingham County FTA warrant for driving while license suspended. Steven was given an NTA and was released.
Effingham City Police arrested 42 year old Bradley R. Loy of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for theft <$300 with previous conviction. Bradley was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
