Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- The Food and Drug Administration is recalling a popular brand of breadcrumbs. This weekend officials announced the La Fiesta brand of unseasoned and seasoned breadcrumbs are being recalled due to a potential allergy issue.
A company statement revealed the products may contain undeclared sesame. No illnesses have been reported in connection to the breadcrumbs, which were sold nationwide between April 2024 and January 2025.
