Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- First Aid Beauty is recalling more than 27-hundred jars of its Ultra Repair Cream. The beauty brand says 14 ounce jars of Ultra Repair Cream Coconut Vanilla meant for quarantine were mistakenly sold on the company’s direct-to-consumer website, FirstAidBeauty.com.
The voluntary December 23rd recall was recently classified by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration as a Class two risk. That means use or exposure to the product could cause temporary negative health effects. The beauty brand says the recalled products were sold only on their website and includes jars with lot numbers 24D44 and 24D45 with expiration dates of April 10th and April 11th, 2026.
