Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- A new meat slaughtering and processing facility to be built in Dieterich was just announced this week, bringing a new business to the local area. It was a collaborative effort with the owner of Frichtl Processing and Slaughtering, LLC, Rachel Frichtl, Courtney Yockey with the Effingham Regional Growth Alliance, and The Village of Dieterich, represented in this interview by Brittny Gipson. Not only will this initiative bring jobs to the Dieterich community, it will also open the door for more businesses to follow suit and expand into the Dieterich industrial sector.
Courtney, Brittny, and Rachel all took part in an interview and explained the process involved in bringing the business to Dieterich, who all was involved to make it happen, and how it will impact the Dieterich community and local area for many years to come.
