- Effingham City Police arrested 25 year old Abigail Houghton of Effingham for violation of pretrial conditions. Abigail was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 28 year old John VanPelt of Effingham for criminal damage to property, theft, and possession of stolen property. John was given pretrial release.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 40 year old James Walker of Effingham for a Monroe County warrant for driving while license suspended. James was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 38 year old Jerrod Reed of Teutopolis for unlawful use of a credit card >$300. Jerrod was given pretrial release.
- Effingham City Police arrested 36 year old Bryan McEldowney of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for reckless driving. Bryan posted bond and was released.
- Effingham City Police arrested 30 year old Lucas Maxwell for obstructing identification. Lucas was given pretrial release.
