Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- Mediacom Communications recognized Jacquelyn Dixon, based out of the Effingham Mediacom office, as an employee who achieved the company’s top performance rankings for outstanding customer service.
Dixon was recognized as the “Payment Center Representative of the Year” at a recent ceremony held with corporate leaders. She was one of 35 employees companywide to earn a national silver-level award for exemplary service in 2024. She has been a Mediacom employee since 2017.
Companywide, Mediacom employs over 3,500 people, and the award recipient was among 196 employees recognized for performance achievements over the past year. Award recipients receive a monetary bonus and other employee recognition.
