BRIEF SYNOPSIS:
- Preliminary information indicates the following occurred: ISP Troop 9 was requested by the Clay County Sheriff’s Office to respond to a Single Vehicle Personal Injury Traffic Crash at the above location and time. A juvenile male (12 year old Caide Weidner of rural Louisville) fell from a Utility Vehicle (side by side) and was flown to a regional hospital with serious injuries. He later passed away due to his injuries.
