Woodstock, IL-(Effingham Radio)- A Lake in the Hills couple is accused of abducting their five-year-old daughter from the Department of Children and Family Services building in Woodstock.
Jeffrey Cook and Jessica Walsh are charged with child abduction, while Cook faces an additional charge of obstructing justice. Police say the child was reported missing Tuesday after the couple took her from the DCFS office on Newell Street.
Cook and Walsh were later arrested after they were found hiding with the child in their Lake in the Hills home.
