- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 32 year old Kendrick R. Thomas of Decatur for an Effingham County FTA warrant for theft $500-$10k and an IDOC warrant for parole violation. Kendrick was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 37 year old Roberta L. Ballinger of Effingham for domestic battery. Roberta was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 34 year old Shawna N. Mitchell of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for possession of a controlled substance and a Troy, IL PD warrant for unlawful possession of a controlled substance. Shawna was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 45 year old Garry E. Courtney for a Coles County FTA warrant for driving while license suspended. Garry was transported to Coles County Jail.
