EFFINGHAM COUNTY JAIL

May 11, 2024

Effingham City Police arrested 28 year old Francisco Leyva Juarez of Effingham for no valid Driver’s License, failure to yield at intersection, and failure to remain at scene of an accident with vehicle damage. Francisco was given a pretrial NTA and was released.
Effingham City Police arrested 56 year old Mark D. Fuesting of Effingham for domestic battery. Mark was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
Effingham City Police arrested 62 year old Stephanie J. Northcutt of St. Charles, MO for disorderly conduct. Stephanie was taken to the Effingham County Jail.

Effingham City Police arrested 40 year old Kenny R. Martin of Effingham for aggravated battery and mob action. Kenny was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
Effingham City Police arrested 27 year old Mason R. Edinger of Montrose for aggravated battery, mob action, and aggravated assault. Mason was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
Effingham City Police arrested 23 year old Anna M. Brinson of Jasonville, IN for a Vigo County, IN warrant for possession of <5g of meth, neglect of a dependent, and endangering a person under 18 years of age. Anna was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
Effingham City Police arrested 25 year old Dylan K. Ventura of Terre Haute, IN for a Vigo County FTA warrant for domestic battery, violating a no contact order, and a San Francisco, CA warrant for stolen vehicle. Dylan was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested Matthew W. Lee of Effingham for a Montgomery County FTA warrant for aggravated domestic battery. Matthew was taken to the Effingham County Jail.

Effingham City Police arrested 23 year old Hunter S. Lowe of Effingham for theft. Hunter was given a pretrial NTA and was released.
Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 46 year old Jasper County warrant for contempt. Joshua was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
Effingham City Police arrested 49 year old Lisa M. Karolweicz of Effingham for DUI alcohol. Lisa was given a pretrial NTA and was released.
