- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 22 year old Kaleb A. J. Godert of Effingham for a mittimus to IDOC. Kaleb was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 51 year old Jason L. Sloan of St. Elmo for violation of an order of protection. Jason was given a pretrial NTA.
- Effingham City Police arrested 48 year old Jeramy C. Hoffman of Effingham for an Effingham County attachment for contempt. Jeramy posted bond and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 33 year old Brittany M. Whitehead of Kinmundy for an Effingham County FTA warrant for theft control intent <$500. Brittany was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 23 year old Briant K. Sanchez-Espinoza of Effingham for a Cumberland County FTA warrant for driving on a suspended license and driving 15-20mph over speed limit. Briant was transported to Coles County Jail.
