Vandalia Man Found Guilty On Two Counts Of Criminal Sexual Assault

Vandalia, IL-(Effingham Radio)- A Vandalia man was found guilty on two counts of Criminal Sexual Assault in a Fayette County Trial.

30 year old Shawn M. Kubina was found guilty by a Fayette County Jury this past week on two counts of Criminal Sexual Assault from 2021. Kubina is remanded to the custody of the Fayette County Sheriff pending his sentencing, which is set to take place on March 25th at 11 am.
