The Effingham Fire Department is on the scene of a structure fire on Willow Street between Wabash Avenue and Pembroke Street. Traffic is being re-routed while the road is temporarily closed.
Effingham Police are advising motorists to avoid the area as firefighters work on the fire. If you have any questions, call the police at 217-347-0774.
