- Effingham City Police arrested 45 year old Jerry D. Guthrie of Effingham for a Coles County FTA warrant for domestic battery, possession of <5g of meth, possession of hypodermic needle, and unlawful possession of ammunition. Jerry was given an NTA and was transported to Coles County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 25 year old Shah Aroosa of Effingham for domestic battery. Shah was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Illinois State Police arrested 45 year old Tara N. Karpp of Murray, KY for a McHenry County FTA warrant for theft. Tara posted bond and was released.
