Effingham Elks Lodge #1016 Receives Elks National Foundation Gratitude Grant

Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- The Effingham Elks Lodge #1016 donated $1,250 from the Elks National Foundation Gratitude Grant to the Effingham County Police department program “Shop with a Deputy” and $1,250  to the Effingham City Police department program “Shop with a Cop”  to help the local needy children celebrate Christmas.
