- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 34 year old Billy J. Cripe of Effingham for an Effingham County PSC FTA warrant for forgery. Billy was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Illinois State Police arrested 23 year old Miranda R. Dewitt of Kinmundy for DUI alcohol. Miranda was given an NTA and was released.
November 5, 2023
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 41 year old Michael A. May of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for driving while license suspended. Michael posted bond and was released.
