Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- The Alzheimer’s Association Illinois Chapter, in collaboration with the Continuing Education Institute of Illinois, is proud to announce an innovative conference aimed at transforming Alzheimer’s care through diverse therapeutic approaches. The conference, titled “Redefining Alzheimer’s Care: The Power of Diverse Therapies,” will take place on Wednesday, October 25, 2023, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Thelma Keller Convention Center, located at 1202 N. Keller Drive, Effingham.
Alzheimer’s disease is a growing concern affecting millions of lives worldwide. As we strive to find effective treatments and provide comprehensive care, this conference aims to empower caregivers, healthcare professionals, and individuals impacted by Alzheimer’s with the knowledge and tools to enhance their approach to Alzheimer’s care.
The event promises to be engaging and interactive, featuring a robust agenda that will provide attendees with the latest information on Alzheimer’s and other dementia diagnoses. Moreover, it will present cutting-edge therapeutic strategies to facilitate communication and connection at every stage of the disease.

- Early bird registration fee: $119 (valid until October 18, 2023)
- Regular registration fee: $139 (after October 18, 2023)
- Group registration (3 or more individuals): $99 per person
Special rate of $59 available for CNAs, home care aides, community caregivers, veterans, and students.
The registration fee includes access to the conference, continuing education credits/units, and all conference materials.
