- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 41 year old Richard L. Johnston of Independence, MO for an Effingham County FTA warrant for possession of <5g of meth. Richard was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 23 year old Devon R. Matlock of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for failure to register employment within 5 days. Devon was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 33 year old Anthony D. Kruger of Effingham for an Effingham County mittimus to IDOC for 4 years. Anthony was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Teutopolis Police arrested 37 year old Raul C. Carrillo of Montrose for driving while license revoked. Raul was given an NTA and was released.
