- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 34 year old Zachary D. Tegenkamp of Effingham for a Fayette County FTA warrant for violating an order of protection. Zachary was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 38 year old Roy J. Gillespie of Effingham for an Effingham County mittimus to IDOC. Roy was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 42 year old Shannon R. Pinell of Kinmundy for an Effingham County contempt of court charge. Shannon was taken to the Effingham County Jail.

- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 41 year old Dale A. Goldman of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for driving while license revoked. Dale posted bond and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 23 year old Mitchell W. Stevenson of Altamont for a Fayette County FTA warrant for criminal damage to government property <$500. Mitchell was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 41 year old Brandon A. Poe of Effingham for a Jasper County FTA warrant for unlawful possession of cannabis by a driver. Brandon posted bond and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 51 year old Stephen P. Simpson of Effingham for DUI and driving while license revoked. Stephen posted bond and was released.
