- U.S. 51 southbound south of N 885 Street, Fayette County
DATE and TIME:
- September 3, 2023 at approximately 9:51 p.m.
BRIEF SYNOPSIS:
- Preliminary information indicates the following occurred: ISP Troop 9 responded to the above location for a single-vehicle fatal traffic crash. A black Chevrolet Equinox driven by a 17-year-old juvenile drove off the roadway to the left, struck the end of a bridge, and came to rest on an embankment. The driver was pronounced deceased on scene. No further information is available at this time.
