Mattoon Police arrested Sean E Morris, age 50 of Shumway, for the offense of Aggravated Battery in a public place. The arrest occurred on June 30th at 1:31 a.m. at the Mattoon Police Department.
The offense alleges Morris made inappropriate physical contact with another person in a public place without the other person’s consent which occurred in the evening of June 29th.
Morris was transported to the Coles County Safety and Detention Center. His bond was set at $35,000 (10% applies).
