EFFINGHAM COUNTY JAIL

June 10, 2023

• Effingham City Police arrested 37 year old Richard Kastan of Manchester, MO for possession of <5g of meth and hypodermic needle. Richard was given an NTA.
• Effingham City Police arrested 47 year old Roger Johnson for a Centreville, MI warrant for fraud and concealing stolen property. Roger was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Effingham City Police arrested 41 year old Brandi Harper of Manchester, MO for possession of <5g of meth and possession of a hypodermic needle. Brandi was given an NTA.
• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 36 year old Jamie Kane of Effingham for an Effingham County warrant for an attachment for contempt. Jamie posted bond and was released.
• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 26 year old Caden Bubb of Beecher City for a Fayette County FTA warrant for possession of <5g of meth. Caden was released to Fayette County.
• Illinois State Police arrested 36 year old Sabrina Eimer of Unionville, TN for DUI drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. Sabrina posted bond and was released.
• Effingham City Police arrested 37 year old Jeremy Wiseman of Effingham for DUI alcohol, driving while license suspended, leaving the scene of an accident, suspended registration, operating an uninsured vehicle, and aggravated DUI. Jeremy was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 40 year old Willis Hewkin of Louisville for an Effingham County FTA warrant for domestic battery (1-2 previous convictions). Willis was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Effingham City Police arrested 28 year old Rachel Worman of St. Elmo for an Effingham County FTA/FTP warrant for possession of <5g of meth. Rachel was taken to the Effingham County Jail.

June 11, 2023

• Effingham City Police arrested 42 year old Nicholas Gatewood of Altamont for possession of <5g of meth. Nicholas was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Effingham City Police arrested 31 year old Tomas Canfield of Effingham for reckless driving, disorderly conduct, illegal squeaking of tires, failure to signal, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and possession of a controlled substance. Tomas was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Altamont Police arrested 24 year old Cassandra Brown of Effingham for possession of <5g of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia, and operating a motor vehicle with no registration. Cassandra was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Effingham City Police arrested 40 year old Byron Medious of Effingham for domestic battery and endangering the life or health of a child. Byron was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Effingham City Police arrested 24 year old Laprosha Tyson of Effingham for domestic battery and endangering the life of a child. Laprosha was taken to the Effingham County Jail.

June 12, 2023

• Illinois State Police arrested 33 year old Zachary Bassemier of Urbana for driving while license revoked and a Hamilton County FTA warrant for possession of meth. Zachary was given an NTA for the revoked license and posted bond for the warrant and was released.
• Effingham City Police arrested 40 year old Corey Fellows of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA/FTP warrant for accumulation of junk/garbage. Corey was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 22 year old Kaleb Godert of Effingham for an Effingham County mittimus to jail. Kaleb was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
