Individual Arrested For Possession Of Another Person’s Debit Card

Charleston, IL-(Effingham Radio)- From the Charleston Police Department Facebook Page:

At around 8:37AM, a Charleston Police Department Officer spoke with a victim about their stolen debit card being used in the 400 block of West Lincoln Avenue. The officer was able to determine the suspect, Marty G. Webster, made multiple purchases with the victim’s debit card without the victim’s permission. Webster was later located and apprehended.

Webster was placed in the Coles County Jail for possession of another’s debit card and his bond was later set at $0.

All subjects listed are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
