Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 46 year old Joshua S. Dyer of Girard, IL for an Effingham County FTA/FTP warrant or felon failure/return from furlough. Joshua was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 48 year old Micah A. Veech of Neoga for unlawful restraint and reckless conduct causing bodily harm. Micah was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
