Mt. Vernon, IL-(Effingham Radio)- South Central FFA participated in the Land Use District 13 Envirothon CDE. In this event, they were tested on areas of soils, wildlife, forestry, aquatics, and 5th area was about climate. South Central brought 2 teams to the event. Team 1 placed first in Marion County and 5th overall. Team 2 placed third in Marion County.
Team 1 members were Evan Hoover, Wyatt Green, Hailey Shuler, Wyatt Iler, and Morgan Robb. Team 2 members were Colton Smith, Keira Langley, Zane Montes, Blaze Courson, and Kage Hiestand.
