Vandalia, IL-(Vandalia Radio)- A Vandalia man is facing multiple Criminal Sexual Assault charges.
48 year old Robert V. Willenborg is facing a total of 8 counts. In the first count, which is Criminal Sexual Assault and is a Class 1 Felony, it states that Willenborg “a person who holds a position of trust, authority, or supervision, committed an act of sexual penetration with T.M., who was under 18 years of age when the act was committed.”
Counts 2 and 3 are also for Criminal Sexual Assault, which are both Class 1 felonies. Counts 4 through 8 are for Aggravated Criminal Sexual Abuse, which are all Class 1 Felonies. Information on count 4 states that Willenborg “a person who holds a position of trust, authority, or supervision, committed an act of sexual conduct with T.M., who was at least 13 years of age but under 17 years of age.”
