- Effingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested 35 year old Shannon H. Borton of Louisville for an Effingham County mittimus to jail. Shannon was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested 18 year old Kyle A. Villalobos of Edgewood for illegal consumption of liquor by person under 21. Kyle posted $150 and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested 31 year old Cassandra L. Baumgarten of Effingham for DUI alcohol and speeding. Cassandra posted $100 and valid Driver’s License and was released.

- Effingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested 21 year old Dakota Kuhlman of Beecher City for DUI alcohol and improper lane usage. Dakota posted $300 and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested 24 year old Joshua W. Beck of Cisne for possession of <5g of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia and hypodermic syringe, possession of a controlled substance, and a Marion County FTA warrant for driving while license suspended. Joshua was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested 50 year old Shannon K. Pulley of Clay City for operating a vehicle with suspended registration. Shannon was given an NTA.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested 52 year old William C. Pulley of Clay City for possession of <5g of meth. William was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 49 year old Michelle M. Marshall of Vandalia for possession of <5g of meth and drug paraphernalia, and a Fayette County FTA warrant for possession of <5g of meth. Michelle was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 19 year old Kayden Z. Anderson of Effingham for criminal trespass to property. Kayden posted $150 and was released.
- Effingham City Police arrested 28 year old Jacob D. Beck of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for burglary. Jacob was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
