- Effingham City Police arrested 49 year old Jeannie M. Fancher of Effingham for possession of <5g of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia, criminal trespass to residence, and resisting a police officer. Jeannie was taken to the Effingham County jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 33 year old Reva K. Rahn of Beecher City for theft <$500. Reva posted $150 and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested 41 year old David G. Houston of Greenbrier, AR for an Effingham County FTA warrant for no insurance. David posted $350 and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested 24 year old Westen P. Giles of Stewardson for an Effingham County FTA warrant for theft cont./intent <$500. Westen posted $425 and was released.
