- Effingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested 34 year old Christopher W. French of Newton for an Effingham County attachment for contempt. Christopher posted $500 and was released.
- Effingham City Police arrested 19 year old Kayden Z, Anderson of Effingham for no valid Driver’s License and improper display of registration. Kayden posted $250 and was released.

- At 11:25 A.M. at 401 N. Mulberry a vehicle driven by Donna R. Lundy, 62, Neoga, struck and damaged a building owned by Prompt Care. No injuries. Lundy was ticketed for Driving Under the Influence.
