- Effingham Police arrested 30 year old Tara B. Szarek of Mason for resisting a police officer, an Effingham County FTA warrant for residential burglary, a Fayette County FTA warrant for resisting a police officer, and a Cole County FTA warrant for resisting. Tara was transferred to Fayette County jail.
- Effingham Police arrested 54 year old Fay S. Oliver of Effingham for domestic battery. Fay was taken to the Effingham County jail.
- Effingham Police arrested 27 year old Jesse S. Tucker of Effingham for an IDOC warrant for parole violation – failure to comply. Jesse was taken to the Effingham County jail.
