
Effingham, IL -(Effingham Radio)- The Effingham County Board will have a meeting on Monday, April 18 at 4:00pm.
After beginning the meeting, the Board will recognize those who wish to speak on agenda and non-agenda items.
The Board will then make a proclamation honoring the Effingham County Medical Reserve Corps.
The Board will then discuss and take possible action on the following items:
- Appoint L. Brian Lustig to the Altamont Fire Protection District from 5/2/22-May 2025
- Appoint Steven L Rudolphi to the Watson Fire Protection District from 5/2/22-May 2025
- Appoint Bill Passalacqua, Tom Freeman, and Reverend William Weaver to the Ethics Commission
- Approve amending the sick leave payout
- Approve a request for proposal for roof repair/replacement to the County Building with recommendation from the Building and Grounds Committee
- Approve a donation to Mill Road Thresherman’s Association in the amount of $5,000
- Approve funding to EC Jobs Request in the amount of $5,000
- Amend the Effingham County Sheriff’s Deputy and Court Security Personnel Capacity Ordinance
- The CVP Grant for Public Transportation
- West Bridge Aid Petition
- Mason Bridge Aid Petition
- Resolution declaring Law Day on May 5, 2022, without Committee Recommendation
- Request for proposal for Courthouse Gazebo and Patio without Committee Recommendation
- Approve and release the minutes of the March 14, 2022, Closed Session of the Legislative Committee of the Whole related to Contract Negotiations for Ambulance Services, and approve and retaining as Closed Session minutes all other portions thereof without Committee Recommendation
- Amend Effingham County Ground Ambulance Service Ordinance without Committee Recommendation
- Approve Effingham County 911 Ambulance Provider Agreement with RuralMed LLC
The Effingham County Board meets in the third-floor meeting office of the County Building in Downtown Effingham.
