Effingham Police arrested 30 year old Ryan J. Beccue of Effingham for violation of an order of protection. Ryan was taken to the Effingham County jail.
Effingham Police arrested 44 year old Robert J. Wesselman of Effingham for possession of <5g of meth and drug paraphernalia. Robert was given an NTA.
