Effingham County Jail

- Effingham Police arrested 21 year old Dillon T. Rensner of Effingham for reckless conduct, aggravated fleeing/attempting to elude police, suspended/revoked Driver’s License, and improper lane usage. Dillon was taken to the Effingham County jail.
- Effingham Police arrested 26 year old Dillon R. Secrest of Missouri for possession of meth and drug paraphernalia, no tail lights, driving while license revoked, and improper use of registration. Dillon was given an NTA and was released.

- At 11:50 A.M. at the intersection of Raney and Jaycee a vehicle driven by Katrina L. Emmerich, 43, Effingham, lost control on the ice-covered roadway and struck a vehicle driven by Chad K. Hoopingarner, 44, Mattoon. No injuries and no citations.
