Asian Doll's recent appearance on the Fresh & Fit podcast didn't end very well.
In footage that surfaced the net on Tuesday (January 4th), the rapper left the podcast after exchanging words with one of the cohosts, Myron “Fit” Gaines.
Things took a turn when Gaines asked for the sidebar conversations to end while one of the guests was speaking to Doll. He said, “Guys, sidebar conversation, please. I’ve told you, you know this is like the fifth time I told you that, right? Like stop, for real, like stop.”
Doll then called the cohost “mean as f**k.” But apparently, sidebar chatter during the podcast is against the “rules.”
Cohost Walter “Fresh” Weekes attempted to defend Gaines and offered an explanation for why the other host was upset, but things had already gotten heated at that point.
“She’s been doing it for the whole show, I’m not mean as f**k. I just have rules, simple,” Gaines said.
Asian Doll then called Gaines a “mean a** n***a.”
Gaines replied with, “Okay, then you can get the f**k off the show, too. … You can go. You’re not gon’ come on the platform disrespecting me.”
Gaines eventually left the show and Asian Doll exited shortly after.
She addressed the situation on Twitter, writing, “I was so calm yesterday cause I knew what he was tryna do.. Mr. Freddy cougar was Finna get beat down elm street off camera I’m thankful for the growth & self control & im happy I defended another black woman cause he was treating her sooooo bad ugh!”
Gaines later attempted to defend himself on social media, but users on Instagram dug up footage from prior podcast episodes and called the hosts out for their mistreatement of Black women.
